17 years in RC. Aerospace engineering degree. 5+ years flying professionally on some of the biggest films in the world. And an obsession with pushing technology past what anyone thinks is possible.
Ben Biggs isn't your typical drone pilot.
He's flown FPV for John Wick 4, Star Wars, Marvel, DC, and The Fall Guy – the kind of high-stakes film work where there's no room for error and no second takes. But that's just his day job.
What really gets Ben out of bed in the morning? Building stuff that shouldn't exist yet.
With a background in aerospace engineering and nearly two decades of hands-on RC experience from planes and helis to cutting-edge FPV systems Ben lives at the intersection of theory and real-world execution. He doesn't just understand the physics of flight; he uses it to break boundaries.
"I love building cool stuff and pushing the limits of technology and what's possible."
That philosophy shows up in everything he touches. Whether it's designing a drone capable of hitting world-record speeds, solving aerodynamic challenges that would make most engineers quit, or testing experimental builds that might explode (sometimes literally) – Ben's all in.
He's interested in what's next and whats possible.
At DronePro Hub, Ben brings the technical firepower. While I handle the storytelling and brand side, Ben's in the workshop – calculating, building, testing, and occasionally blowing things up in the name of progress.
Together, we're chasing world records, documenting every build, and sharing the engineering insights that come from pushing drones to their absolute limit.
If you want to see what happens when aerospace engineering meets real-world obsession, you're in the right place.
