After 20+ years in RC and drones from running a hobby store to building one of the world's leading drone cinematography companies I'm getting back to what got me hooked in the first place: pure, unfiltered passion for flying.
I'm Aidan Kelly. I've flown drones on Mission: Impossible, Fast & Furious, Star Wars and many many more across all seven continents. I've founded and helped turn XM2 into an 8-figure multi national operation and worked with the best in the business.
But here's the thing I didn't get into this for the credentials. I got into it because I loved it. Twenty years ago, I was that guy in the hobby store geeking out over RC helicopters and early drone tech, staying late just to get one more flight in always tinkering.
Somewhere between the big film sets and the business spreadsheets, I missed that raw excitement and now have the freedom to access it and want it back.
So what is DronePro Hub?
Right now? It's my playground. And you're invited.
This isn't a polished course platform (yet). It's me doing what I love: building ridiculous drones, chasing world records, testing gear until it breaks, and documenting every stupid, brilliant, and occasionally dangerous moment along the way with awsome people I have met along my journey.
Why should you care?
Because this is real. No hype, no BS, just honest insights from someone who's been deep in the drone game for 13 years. Whether you're a beginner who just unboxed your first Mavic or an FPV racer chasing your own records, you'll find something here.
I'll be sharing:
Behind-the-scenes from ms
Real talk about gear (what actually works vs. marketing fluff)
Build logs and engineering breakdowns
Stories from film sets and lessons learned the hard way
Eventually, proper training for anyone who wants to turn their drone hobby into paid work
But first, we're just going to have fun.
